Low Back Pain

Most Common pain affecting your lower 1/3 of your back
Usually self-diagnosable
Lab tests or imaging rarely required ( May require in case of severe back pain )
Physical examination by Physiotherapist is required
Low back pain is usually caused by injury to a muscle (strain) or ligament (sprain).
Common causes include , poor posture, a ruptured disc or arthritis, lack of regular exercise, a fracture, improper lifting.
Often, the only symptom is pain in the lower back, and in some cases it may radiate to your leg till your foot from back.
Most low back pain get relief on its own in 2 to 4 weeks. Physiotherapy and pain relievers can help. 95% cases do not require surgery.
Physiotherapy will help to get rid of back pain without medication in few days or weeks depending upon the severity.
